The Art and Science of Botulinum Toxin with Dr. Brian Freund

In an effort to keep you informed about CE opportunities available in Canada, we are pleased to offer a series of videos presented by prominent speakers who will lead CE sessions at the Ontario Dental Association’s Annual Spring Meeting ‘ASM 2016’ which will take place May 5 – 7, 2016.

Dr. Brian Freund received his medical degree from McMaster University and dental training from the University of Toronto. He practices as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon in the Greater Toronto Area. He is actively engaged in clinical training and research, with extensive publications on the use of botulinum toxins in the head and neck.

Dr. Brian Freund BSc., DDS, MD, Dip OMFS, FRCD(C), MCFP(C)

Dr. Freund is qualified as a dentist and physician in Ontario. He received his medical degree from McMaster University and received his dental and specialist training at the University of Toronto. He presently practices as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in Uxbridge, Ontario with a special interest in minimally invasive facial rejuvenation including fillers and Botox. Dr. Freund is a Fellowship Examiner in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, previously examined for the College of Physicians & Surgeons and is a peer reviewer for the American Journal of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He is a co-founder and a director of the Canadian Society of Neurotoxins in Pain as well as the Pinnacle Academy of Learning and has been teaching dentists and physicians in the clinical use of neurotoxins for more than 15 years. He has lectured at over 20 Universities and hospitals and authored numerous scientific papers on the use of Botulinum toxins in the head and neck.
