    Hello!

    What are the recommendations for ibuprofen (I believe they are missing mistakenly..)

      Apologies Stephanie, I have re-submitted the table with the missing information. Ibuprofen is considered safe although Sulindac (another NSAID) may have lower intrarenal prostaglandin inhibitory effect and may be safer if long-term treatment is required (>1 week). As you know, typical doses are 200-600mg q6h and you do not need a supplemental dose after dialysis.

    Any reading over 100 on creatinine clearance is a flashing yellow light. GFR and cysts (Utrasount) should be checked.
