- Is there concern about the position of the IAN impacting on ability to place implants optimally? Any need for corrective measures to re-position nerve?
- Should bone grafting be considered as an option in this case?
- Are there staged options for treating this case?
- Are the remaining lower teeth really salvageable, or should a clearance and an implant-supported complete lower denture be considered?
