Finding the Evidence: Practical tools for literature searching
CADTH’s Information Specialists use a variety of searching aids to perform comprehensive health literature searches. You are invited to join members of the CADTH team for a workshop to learn about these tools and how they can aid your literature searching. Presenters will guide participants through a series of exercises that illustrate and explain tools such as Grey Matters, CADTH’s open-access, online tool for locating literature that is not commercially published. In addition to providing guidance on comprehensive searching practices, there will be plenty of time for discussion about the use, applicability, and value of the search tools CADTH has developed and which are freely available on the web at www.cadth.ca/en/resources/finding-evidence-is.
