Canadian dentistry news

A two-day international symposium on Light Curing Resin Materials was held at Dalhousie University. The symposium was attended by 40 key opinion leaders from academia and industry.  Professor Richard Price, who organized the symposium, will be presenting some of the outcomes in his Keynote Lecture at the 2014 International Association of Dental Research meeting. Dr. William H. Christie has been named the 2014 recipient of the Alumni of Distinction award. A half-century of professional and community service has earned a University of Manitoba senior scholar one of the highest honours in the oral health profession today. The selection was announced earlier this week by the University of Manitoba Dental Alumni Association, the sponsoring body of the annual award. Read more…
